Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
1. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
- A refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply only to the purchase price of our Apple Wallet pass creation service.
- Refunds are not available for passes that have already been downloaded, distributed, or activated by end users.
- Custom development, design, or consulting services are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email billing@cryptulo.com with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase and reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
3. Partial and Pro-Rated Refunds
If you cancel an active subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the service term.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
- No refunds will be granted for any fees paid to third-party service providers or for domain/hosting registrations.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
